Mactan Newtown is a 30-hectare mixed-use township in Cebu, featuring residential condos, office spaces, retail, hotels, and beachfront amenities. Developed by Megaworld Corporation, it’s designed as a live-work-play community, offering a seamless blend of lifestyle, business, and leisure in one vibrant location.
The Problem
Mactan Town faced challenges in attracting remote visitors and investors due to limited physical access and traditional surveying methods. The town needed a solution that could provide comprehensive insights into its layout and infrastructure, enabling better decision-making for explorers, surveyors, and investors.
